We believe that knowledge of our history empowers our future, and we strive to ensure that Black stories, achievements, and voices continue to educate, uplift, and strengthen our communities.

Founder and Owner
Demetria Warren is a multifaceted communications and business professional with experience in systems analysis, leadership, and organizational management. She combines technical expertise with strong communication and team leadership skills to support operational success and business objectives. As a System Analyst at Jacobs, she gained four years of experience analyzing systems, solving technical challenges, and supporting organizational operations. Holding a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Wayland Baptist University, Demetria brings a people-focused, results-driven approach to leadership, fostering collaboration among diverse teams while maintaining a commitment to security, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
